default_proxy - The domain name of the default proxy. Leave off "www." and "http://". Default value is "random". Please submit new proxies here.
default_site - The default URL inserted into the form.
focus_on_url - Should the cursor be placed into the URL form? 1=yes, 0=no.
proxify_id - Your Proxify affiliate ID so that affiliate commissions can be properly attributed to you.
